Brand Ambassadors Terms & Conditions

We expect our ambassadors to act as advocates for our brand and help to maintain its positive image and reputation through sharing their experience with the brand online.

 

Please carefully read the Terms and Conditions of this Brand Ambassador Agreement.

 

By agreeing to become a Systole Active Brand Ambassador, you – the “Brand Ambassador” are agreeing to all of the following Terms and Conditions.

• The Company reserves the right to decline applications if it feels like the potential Brand Ambassador is not a good fit or there are no more places available.
• Brand Ambassador must be 18 years or older to participate.
• Brand Ambassador must be in compliance with all the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
• Brand Ambassador must have and actively use at least one of the following social media channels: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube.
• Brand Ambassador must have a social following that is similar to our target demographic (women ages 18+).
• In case the Instagram account was chosen as the main social media account, Brand Ambassador must have at least 300 followers.
• Brand Ambassador is comfortable with sharing photos of the Company’s products and the Company reserves the right to repost them on its website and social media accounts.
• Brand Ambassador agrees to promote Systole Active at least once per month. This may include making a post featuring the Company’s products, sharing a post that the Company has made, etc.

 

Brand Ambassador may not:

• Take any action that could reasonably cause any confusion as to Brand Ambassador’s relationship with the Company.
• Do anything harmful to the Company’s image and reputation.
• Get involved in a similar program by a competing business while still participating in this program. Brand Ambassadors can continue to post photos in other activewear brands while participating in this program.

 

General:

• The Company reserves the unconditional right to accept or deny any Brand Ambassador who applies. Submitting the application form does not mean you are entitled to this program. The Company’s team carefully reviews all the application forms before accepting a new ambassador. Once a Brand Ambassador is chosen, the Brand Ambassador will receive a confirmation message or email.
• Brand Ambassador will not be treated as an employee, for any reason.
• Brand Ambassador will receive a 20% off lifetime discount code for personal purchases, it is not to be shared anywhere. This discount code is valid for all Systole Active products.
• Brand Ambassador will receive a 10% off lifetime discount code to share with friends/followers. This discount code is valid for all Systole Active products and has unlimited uses.
• Systole Active will pay 5% commission to Brand Ambassador when their unique discount code is used at checkout. Commission will be paid into the bank account that Brand Ambassador specifies. Commission does not include shipping cost or purchases made by Brand Ambassador.

 

Termination:

• This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Brand Ambassador application and will end when terminated by either party.
• The Company may discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time.
• Termination may happen at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written a notice of termination.
• The Company reserves the right to terminate the Brand Ambassador’s position in the program due to inactivity.

 

Confidential agreement:

• The Brand Ambassador shall not disclose the terms of this Agreement to any third party.
• The Brand Ambassador hereby agrees not to copy, alter, share, use, duplicate, distribute, or adapt any of the Program’s confidential information.  
• Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, private information and other proprietary information of a similar nature regarding the Systole Active Brand Ambassadors Program.

 

Privacy Policy:

Systole Active values Brand Ambassador’s privacy. The Company will never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose Brand Ambassador’s personal information. Any information Brand Ambassador gives to the Company will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways to which Brand Ambassador have not consented.

– By submitting this Agreement, Brand Ambassador allows the Company the rights to use the assets including images shared within the Systole Active Brand Ambassador Program. This allowance is not transferable to a third party.

– By submitting this Agreement, Brand Ambassador agrees to receive regular email newsletters from Systole Active. This service provides Brand Ambassador details of special offers and product promotions as well as information on new products.
